Return Policy: Any damaged products must be reported to ESP within 10 days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact product replacement only. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number supplied by Essential Science Publishing. All products returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited minus a 15% restocking fee. No outdated, used or damaged products are eligible for credit. Credit for all returned products is dependent on inspection of the returned goods by Essential Science Publishing.
